一、伊拉克COC認證：

為了保護消費者權益并且監(jiān)控進口產品的質量，伊拉克COSQC自2011年起實施了裝運前符合性認證計劃，該計劃要求所有受管控的進口產品需要遵守伊拉克國家標準和技術法規(guī)，并在清關時提供符合性認證證書（CoC），否則將被收取相應罰金。

In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers and monitor the quality of imported products, the COSQC in Iraq has implemented a pre-shipment compliance certification program since 2011. The program requires all controlled imported products to comply with Iraqi national standards and technical regulations, and to provide a compliance certificate (CoC) during customs clearance, otherwise they will be charged a corresponding penalty.

二、管制產品類別如下：

The controlled product categories are as follows：

√ 食品/Food；

√ 衛(wèi)浴產品/Bathroom Products；

√ 燃氣設備/ Gas appliance；

√ 化學品/ Chemicals；

√ 化妝品、清潔劑/Cosmetics, detergents；

√ 衣物、紡織品/Clothing, textiles；

√ 建筑產品/Construction Products；

√其他/Other Products。

三、申請伊拉克COC，需要提供以下文件：

√ 箱單/Packing List；

√ 發(fā)票/Invoice；

√ 測試報告/ Test Report；

√ 自我申明/ Self declaration。
